Veggie Borscht Recipe
Ingredients: 6 cups Veggie Broth 1 cup each Carrots (shredded), Beets (roughly chopped), and Onions (thinly sliced) 1 1/2 cups Cabbage, shredded 1 Red Pepper (shredded) Vegetized or Real SaltTM to taste Pepper to taste
Combine broth, carrots, beets, and onion in large saucepan. Cook gently until becoming tender. Add cabbage and red pepper, salt and pepper to taste, and cook 5 minutes more. The soup will have a richer flavor if cooled completely before serving time, then reheated.
