Bratz Birthday Party Ideas

If your child loves the "Bratz Pack", then having Bratz birthday party would be a great choice.

This page contains Bratz party ideas on invitations, decorations, favors, games, and food. Let's get started!

Resources:

  • Party Supplies
  • Free Printable Invitations

  • Invitations

You can make your Bratz party invitations yourself. Just cut out 8X10 invitation cards out of cardstock. Print one or several 'Bratz' characters on the front. Draw a speech bubble saying "Super Cool... Girls Rule!!"

Write your Bratz party invitation wording inside: "Join us for some Funky Fun at (your child's name) Bratz Birthday Party! We'll play cool games and serve hot cake - just think of how much noise we can make!!" Include the date and time of the party, and ask to RSVP!

You can write your invitations with a gel pen and decorate the cards with fashionable items (e.g. stars, purses, high-heel boots, etc). Remember to mail your Bratz party invitations in advance!

    Decorations

The best colors for your Bratz birthday party decorations are pink, purple, silver, gold and baby blue. Have plenty of balloons and crepe paper streamers inside and outside in above-mentioned colors!

Make a ribbon curtain for your doorway for the guests to walk through! Hang silver and blue stars on the fishing line from the ceiling in your Bratz party area.

Decorate your party walls with Bratz posters. Spread such items as lipstick, make-up accessories, glitter, nail polish, etc. around the house. You can use old purses as 'weights' for the balloons.

Cover your party table with a cloth in party colors. Spread confetti all over the table and decorate it with curly ribbon strips.

Bring out any Bratz dolls that your child might have and put them on the table as centerpiece. Hang a 'Happy Birthday" banner on the wall in the table area. Star-shaped placemats underneath the plates will be a great addition to your table decor.

You can rent a helium tank (if possible) and make impressive helium balloons. Tie the balloons to the backs of the chairs.

    Guest Arrival and Introductory Activities

Greet the children as they arrive with your child and welcome them to the Bratz birthday party.

*Bratz Coloring Pages: You can get girls to color Bratz coloring pages. If you don't have any coloring pages, you can provide your guests with velvet coloring posters.

*Groovy Bracelets: You can get 'Groovy Bracelets' Kit from a party store and get your Bratz birthday party guests design their own cool jewelry.

    Favors

Ideas for Bratz party favors are endless. You can give away leather boas, gemstone rings, platform shoe key chains, glitter bracelets, sticker sheets, etc. Having your Bratz birthday party favors in purses would work wonders.

    Bratz Birthday Party Games

*Super-Sweet Style Contest: Split your Bratz party group into pairs - so one person in each pair is a 'stylist' and another one is a 'salon visitor'. Take an instant picture (digital or Polaroid photo will do) of all the 'salon visitors'. Bring out all the styling accessories you have: make-up (individual make-up samples from a cosmetic store work best), brushes, combs, hair gel, etc.

On the command "Go Stylists, Go!", stylists race over to their partners and perform their marvelous work. Set a timer for 5-7 minutes. When the time expires, the partners switch their roles. Then, do a second round with new stylists. At the end of the game, ask the kids to do a secret vote to determine who the best stylist in the group is.

*Spa Retreat: Involve other moms in this activity if you can. Set up tubs with water and hand towels on the table. Help the girls get their nails done.

Cut cucumber slices for "facial treatment" and allow the kids to use moisturizer creams. You can spread scented candles in the 'spa area' for authentic atmosphere.

Girls Shopping *Shop 'Till You Drop: For this cool Bratz birthday party game you'll need balloons (about 2 per guest), small pieces of paper, large garbage bags, and a small prize.

Before the party, write a name of clothing item (e.g. 'skirt', 'shoes', 'capris', etc.) on pieces of paper. On one of the paper pieces write down "Fashion Star". Blow up the balloons and insert the paper pieces inside separate balloons.

Put the inflated balloons inside garbage bags. Explain to the party guests that the purpose of the game is to find a "Fashion Star" note by sitting (not stomping) on the balloons. Next, release the balloons and let the fun begin. Whoever finds the "Fashion Star" note gets a small prize.

*Ailani Awesome Purse Puzzle: Fill a pretty purse with 15-20 fashionable items (e.g. Lil' Bratz dolls, jewelry, hairclip, comb, lipstick, etc).

Split the group into pairs. Blindfold the team of 2 girls at a time. Allow them to feel through the purse with their hands trying to recognize the items (without naming items out loud).

Next, invite them to a separate room where they can discuss and write down all the items they think are inside the purse.

The pair that gets the most items right - wins.

*Fashionable Babies: Ask your Bratz birthday party guests to bring their baby photos (with cute or funny clothing) from the time they were about 1. Put all the photos in large envelope until the game begins.

Tape pictures to the wall and gather the girls around those pictures trying to match pictures to the guests. Take a vote on which picture is the most fashionable.

*Talia's Musical Microphone Dare: Have the children gather in a circle and pass toy microphone while music is playing. When music stops, the person holding a microphone must sing a short song.

Continue playing until everyone had chance to sing. (The girls should be comfortable in this environment, but if they don't want to sing at all - don't push it! Ask them recite a poem instead.)

*Who am I?: Put pictures (or write names) of Bratz characters on the girls' backs. One by one, get them to find out their character by asking 'yes' or 'no' questions. For example, 'Do I have a blonde hair?' or 'Do I dance Hip-Hop?'

*Bratz Sunglasses: Provide pink (if possible) sunglasses for your 'Bratz Pack'. They can decorate their shades with glitter, beads, etc. This Bratz birthday party activity will be a hit with girls!

*Lil' Limbo: Put on some party music and get 2 helpers hold a limbo stick while everyone in the group does the limbo. People holding the stick will lower it every round. The rules are simple: if you touch the ground with anything but your feet or you bump a floor - you're out!

    Food and Drink

    Bratz Birthday Cake:

*Bratz Cake: Bake a round cake. Frost it with pink frosting. Then put Bratz cake toppers (available from a party store) on the cake for a superb look!

    Bratz Birthday Party Food Ideas:

    *Posh Pizzas
    *Apple Slices with Caramel Dip
*Bratz Pasta (prepare your child's favorite pasta dish)
    *Tiana's Tuna Salad
    *Cinnamon Rolls

*Fruit Kebabs: Have fresh fruit (apple or banana chunks, grapes, cut oranges, pineapple slices, etc.) in separate bowls. Invite your Bratz birthday party guests to assemble their favorite fruit on wooden skewers.

*Chic Lil' Croissants: Get fresh croissants (miniature if available) or bake frozen ones. Slice croissants in half and spread cream cheese inside. Fill with turkey, lettuce and tomato.

*Fro-Yo: Purchase a variety of frozen yogurts. Invite 'Lil' Bratz' to decorate their yogurts with variety of toppings (fruit, nuts, sprinkles, chocolate, whipping cream, etc.)

    Bratz Birthday Party Drink Ideas:

Girls will absolutely love it, if you serve your drinks in High-Heel Boot cups and use Lil' Bratz straws (available at a party store). Bratz birthday party guests can take those accessories home as favors.

*Orange Splash: You'll need 1 3/4 cups orange juice, 1 cup water, 3 tbsp pasteurized egg white (or egg substitute), 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 1/2 cups ice.

Combine all the ingredients (except ice) in a blender at high speed for 30 seconds, or until sugar is dissolved. Add ice and blend until it is mostly crushed. Repeat if necessary.

*Bratz Punch: Buy a package of frozen berries (like strawberries or blueberries). Thaw the berries. Puree fruit in a blender and combine with 12 oz lime juice concentrate (from a can). Chill the mixture for at least one hour. Pour it into a punch bowl. Then add about 30 oz of ginger ale, 30 oz of club soda, and a pint of vanilla ice cream.

*Pink Lemonade: Prepare pink lemonade mix according to directions. Garnish each drink with a cherry or strawberry on the rim of the glass. For extra fun, use cherry or strawberry ice cubes: Fill ice cube tray with water. Next, place a small cherry or strawberry into each cube, and then freeze.

*Cherry Soda Blast: Mix raspberry sherbet (or sorbet) into the cherry flavored soda for a pink, frothy drink. Garnish with cherries.
