Zippy Cilantro Dip Recipe
Ingredients: 1 or 2 hot Chili Peppers 1/2 cup chopped fresh Cilantro 2 cups frozen petite Peas, thawed 1 pkg. fresh Tofu, drained 1 tbs. Lemon Juice 1 tsp. ground Cumin 1/4 tsp. freshly ground Pepper Real SaltTM 1 medium Cucumber
Combine one-quarter of the cilantro and all other ingredients in a food processor until smooth, blending approximately 30 seconds on high. Refrigerate 1 hour. Lay overlapping thin cucumber slices and rim with the remaining cilantro. Serve with raw vegetables.
