Moroccan Cole Slaw Recipe
Ingredients: 1/2 head Green Cabbage 1/2 head Red Cabbage 1/3 cup fresh Lemon Juice 1 1/2 tsp. Chinese 5 Spice powder 1 tsp. Caraway Seeds 4 tbs. Olive Oil Shred cabbage in food processor with shredder wheel. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. Let sit at least half an hour before serving to allow flavors to blend and seeds to soften.
I like this cole slaw too.
