Garbanzo Spread Recipe
Ingredients: 2 cups sprouted, cooked or raw Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas) 1 medium Onion, chopped 2 tbs. dried Parsley 1 tsp. Real SaltTM 1 tsp. Coriander Dash Cayenne or Chili Powder 1/4 cup Water
Blend all the ingredients in blender until smooth. Spread on sprouted whole wheat tortillas, topped with alfalfa sprouts, or eat with veggies.
