Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe
Ingredients: 1 tbs. Oil 1 slice fresh Ginger, 1/8 inch pared 1 small clove Garlic, crushed 1/2 cup Broccoli (cut small) 1/2 cup Cauliflower slices 1/2 cup Red Pepper strips 1/2 cup Onion slices 1 cup Pea pods 1/4 tsp. Real SaltTM 1/2 cup sliced Celery BraggTM Liquid Aminos, to taste Preferred Oil, to taste Cayenne Pepper, to taste
Put oil, ginger, salt, and garlic into wok or large skillet. Cook uncovered on heat that will not burn oil, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Add broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, onion, pea pods, and celery stirring constantly for 3 minutes.
Shut off heat, cover, let set for 5 minutes. Serve, flavor with BraggTM Liquid Aminos, preferred oil, and cayenne, to taste. If broccoli is not cooked sufficiently for your taste, try slightly steaming before adding.
