Delicious Homemade Flour Tortilla Recipe

Ingredients:
4 cups Flour (use any mix of flours you like, such as whole wheat, unbleached white, spelt, etc.)
2 tsp. Real SaltTM

2-4 tsp. of concentrated Vegetable Powders (tomato and celery powders work well)
4 tsp. Seasonings of your choice (try Spice Hunter's Mexican or California Pizza)
2 tbs. dried Onions
12 Sun-dried Tomatoes (packed in olive oil)
2 tsp. Garlic Powder
2-4 fresh Basil leaves
1 1/2 cup Coconut Milk or Water
2 tbs. Olive Oil

Mix all ingredients in a food processor with a dough S-blade. Use the pulse chop action to prevent overheating the motor. When the dough forms into one big ball, turn out onto a floured flat surface and break off balls and roll them out to about 1/8-1/4-inch thickness.

Transfer to an electrical pan that has been lightly oiled, and heat on both sides until you see a few air pockets rise. Take off the burner and let cool, then wrap in an air-tight bag and keep in the fridge or freezer. Do not overcook, unless you want a crisped tortilla to use with dips or soups.

If you can find dehydrated vegetable powders, you can add them for color and flavor. Or you can decrease the milk or water and add fresh vegetable juices instead, like spinach, parsley or carrot.
